Returns Policy, & Cancellations:
We want you to be delighted with your new products and choices from KBB Supplies, and you are able to cancel your order before dispatch by contacting us: on 01903 507196, or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order reference number. We will refund you the cost of the unwanted items within 7 working days.
Should you have unfortunately ordered or received a damaged or unwanted item, please contact us at the earliest convenience, so we may rectify the situation and arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible for you. Once you have received an item, and wish to return it to us, please return the item back to us within seven days of receiving the parcel, in its original packaging.
Cancellation of Orders:
Should you wish for any order to be cancelled, then instructions to do so must be e-mailed to sales@KBBSupplies.com prior to your notified dispatched date, or by contacting us on 01903 507196. No orders can be cancelled once they have been dispatched, and special orders once ordered and paid for cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If your e-mail is received and confirmed prior to dispatch and providing it is not a special order you will receive a full refund within 7 working days.
Should you receive a damaged product, we apologise and ask for you to contact us at the earliest convenience, so we may rectify the situation and arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible for you. The items should then be returned, and should be done so under our returns policy (special orders cannot be returned).
Please ensure that If an item is delivered damaged, make a note of the damaged item on the delivery paperwork and e-mail sales@KBBSupplies.com with the details. Please do not refuse delivery.
Please note that all goods must be thoroughly inspected following delivery and any damages must be notified to us in writing , phone call or by emailing sales@KBBSupplies.com within 48 hours. Any damages reported after this time may not be entertained.
It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us in good condition, and in their original packaging, and must be in suitable for resale. The cost of your returns will be your responsibility, and we suggest that you take out carrier insurance because if the goods do not arrive in a re-saleable condition no refund will be made.
All goods, wherever possible, must be returned unused and in their original packaging. We cannot refund goods that have been damaged whilst in your possession. We are not responsible for any return costs for unwanted items, you will need to arrange for the shipping yourself and ensure their safe return.
